| CONTRACTOR LICENSING |
| The Department of Code Enforcement registers State of Tennessee Licensed Contractors and/or issues local licenses with an approved application and passing exam administered by Southern Building Code Congress, Inc. and Block and Associates for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trades. Demolition and house moving contractors are also required to be licensed and bonded. Licenses and bonds are renewed annually. |
